Now, this is the way to enjoy a summer afternoon! Our grandson, 15-month-old Capt. Adorable, cools off at the splash pad at the Hunstville (Alabama) Museum of Art.
Looks refreshing! It has been very hot in Anchorage! Today driving home it was 80 degrees!! It was so hot that last night I could not hardly sleep….. A tourist was complaining about the heat and said if she wanted to be this hot she would have stayed home…. Made me wonder why she came here ……
Oh My if he gets any cuter he’s going to be a chic magnate
Oh my gosh, Cathy…that is one of the cutest pictures I have ever seen…really!!! 🙂
Great photo..frame worthy I think! Somedays I wish I could do the same exact thing to cool off! 🙂
That’s cool! I saw that same kind of water setup in Albuquerque last week!
He has that beautiful expression of happiness and curiosity. That’s a photo album picture, if not hanging on a wall. 🙂
Aw, thanks so much for the kind words. I had to follow the Captain around for about 15 minutes to get one usable shot — he moves faster than my shutter speed! These splash pads are so much fun — a great invention I wish had been around when my kids were little.
What a great photograph. Such a great expression with his little arm poised to reach the fountain. Beautiful. It’a a perfect photograph, made all the more so because he is your grandson.
Could he possible be any more “adorable”??
He is a living doll. What a perfect photo!
No kidding…he has the right idea! 🙂
Oh, how I love that picture. You definitely captured the innocence of childhood in that photo. I also totally understand why you call him “Captain Adorable.” He is!
What a great picture. One to be framed, for sure!
