The guys in our sports department make it look easy…which it’s not. When I did graphics about five years ago, it was my job to get scores and make sure they were posted for the ten o’clock news. Not an easy task. One question though–is it a requirement to have a metaphor dictionary near at all times?

No, it’s always better to keep it simple in this kind of writing. A favorite exchange: “What’s another word for said? Said. Just, said”
