He is clearly interested and concentrating on what he is holding on the rail. Great look. The curls are indeed lovely, but you know the rule…24 months and they go! Be sure to save some for a locket.

Carolyn — He’s investigating a ladder that’s sitting on its side. You can just tell he’s thinking, “If we put this right-side-up and I could climb up the steps, I could finally see why adults are up on top of them all the time!”
