My daughter’s in-laws live on a mountain (OK — I guess it’s only a really really big hill, comparatively speaking) in northwest Alabama. I love going to visit — you can see 
why. Thankfully, they consider me part of the family, so I get to go often!

I agree that going to their house is so much fun! It is the perfect place to relax, eat good food, and catch up with the people we seldom get to see, but love dearly. What else can you ask for?
You are so right, Carol. It’s like taking a vacation to go there — the setting is so peaceful and the hospitality is so warm. And the food is out-of-this-world! I love my “adopted” family!
